Balsa Wood Model Lumber

TComposites is the leader in balsa model product offering range, flexibility, and quality of Balsa Model Lumber. We are able to offer our customer custom productions based on their need to optimize and increase their yield. We offer:
  • AAA Grade, AA Grade, A Grade, and Industrial Grade.
  • Length are from 12" (305mm) up to 48" (1220mm). 
  • Thickness from 1" (25mm) up to 4" (100mm) with variable width (2" (50mm)  minimum).
  • Glued lumber that allows thickness up to 12" (305mm).
  • Variable Densities: Light (4 to 7 lb/ft3 or Yellow), Medium (7 to 12 lb/ft3 or Red), Heavy (12 to 18 lb/ft3 or Green), and Super-Heavy (18+ lb/ft3 or Purple).
  • Dimensioned lumber and/or model lumber blocks
  • Glued lumber for dimensions greater than 4"(100mm) in thickness or/and width
  • Finger-joints for length more than 48" (1220mm)
